Mid Senior UC and Collaboration Engineer
We are seeking to employ a Mid Senior UC & Collaboration Engineer, with the following profile:
Key Accountabilities
- Lead or be part of implementation teams for end-customer projects
- Install and Configure UC solutions for end-customers
- Maintain and support end-customer systems and solutions
- L2 Troubleshoot and support on end-customer installed solutions
- Document and assess UC Systems and Solutions
- Take part and verify presales design and architecture
- Create and test UC and Collaboration solutions and setups on LAB
- Cooperate and communicate efficiently with colleagues, partners, and customers
Core Competencies and Knowledge
- Excellent Knowledge on UC and Collaboration on Cisco products
- Cisco Customer Care solutions implementation and support
- Cisco Customer Care solutions scripting, operation and reporting
- Ability to be a team player and cooperate
- Analytical learning and researching skills
Professional Qualifications and experience
- 4 years of experience
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree on IT/Telecommunications
- CCDA or equivalent general knowledge of IT systems networking security and applications
- CCNP Collaboration or equivalent knowledge
- Good Knowledge of Networking on Cisco products- CCNA R/S
- Sufficient English language skills
