Καθήκοντα

• Lead or be part of implementation teams for end-customer projects
• Install and Configure UC solutions for end-customers
• Maintain and support end-customer systems and solutions
• L2 Troubleshoot and support on end-customer installed solutions
• Document and assess UC Systems and Solutions
• Take part and verify presales design and architecture
• Create and test UC and Collaboration solutions and setups on LAB
• Cooperate and communicate efficiently with colleagues, partners, and customers

 

Απαιτήσεις Θέσης

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree on IT/Telecommunications
• Sufficient English language skills
• Ability to be a team player and cooperate
• Analytical learning and researching skills
• CCDA or equivalent general knowledge of IT systems networking security and applications
• Good Knowledge of Networking on Cisco products CCNA R/S
• Excellent Knowledge on UC and Collaboration on Cisco products
• CCNP Collaboration or equivalent knowledge
• Cisco Customer Care solutions implementation and support
• Cisco Customer Care solutions scripting, operation and reporting
• 4 years of experience
