Calibration Technician
Algosystems S.A. – Metrology Division, the Market Leader in Metrology Solutions, with 26 years of solid presence in Greece, is seeking to employ an enthusiastic calibration technician.
Key accountabilities:
- Implements metrological equipment calibration and the corresponding calibration certificates.
- Implements on-site equipment calibration measurements at customer facilities throughout Greece.
- Implements special and state of the art precision measurements.
- Implements and maintains high quality standards to the calibration laboratory in accordance with the relevant principles and guidelines.
- Monitors closely the needs and requirements of customers.
Core competencies and knowledge:
- Understanding of measurement principles regarding dimension, mass, force, pressure & temperature quantities.
- Good organizational, analytical skills, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines. On time delivery.
- Ability to work as a team member and interact with other departments.
- Taking initiative and self-motivation skills.
Professional qualifications and experience:
- Very Good technical education with qualifications in mechanical or electronic engineering.
- Experience in precision measurement techniques (eg dimensions, mass, temperature, etc.).
- Experience in quality control systems such as ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 e.tc.
- IT knowledge (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Windows 10)
- Basic knowledge of statistical control analysis,.
- A good command of written and spoken English.
- Greek native speaker.
- Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates.
- Driving license
