Generali, aiming to provide high quality services to its customers, commissioned Algosystems to upgrade its telephone network. The new network was implemented using Cisco Unified Communications technology (Communication Manager, Contact Center), UC Infrastructure for IM & Presence, Video Conferencing as well as with the implementation of Call Recording solution. The solution supports users of all main buildings (400 telephone users and 30 contact center users).

Wishing to upgrade its network equipment and provide the best tools to its staff, Generali commissioned Algosystems to upgrade-redesign its internal network and to implement a wireless network at its headquarters.

The implementation includes Meraki MS switches and MR18 Access Points for complete wireless coverage of the building.

The simplified topology and ease of day-to-day support-management of equipment through Meraki technology Cloud solution results in valuable IT department time savings, a challenge faced by almost all modern businesses.
