Junior Microsoft 365 Support Engineer
We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic Junior Microsoft 365 Support Engineer with the following profile:
About the Role
As a Junior Microsoft 365 Support Engineer, you will be part of a growing team whose goal is to install, configure and support various aspects in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, around Microsoft Identity, SharePoint Online, Teams & Exchange Online. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and you will be responsible for providing high quality services and operations.
Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and support Microsoft 365 solutions

Meet predefined SLAs for installation & support actions

Escalate incidents to senior team within a targeted timeframe

Create and maintain documentation

Provide status reports
Qualifications and Work Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field

Hands-on experience with Office/Microsoft 365 is required
-
1+ years of working experience in a similar role
-
Knowledge of PowerShell will be considered a plus

Proficient in English and Greek
